Payment:
Bookings and reservations
shall only be made on payment of the key/damage deposit. The key/damage
deposit will be returned on completion of the rental period minus
the cost of any damage or breakages, which may occur during your
rental period. In the event of cancellation and the Holidaymaker
notifying me four weeks (twenty eight days) prior to the booking
the key/damage deposit will become non-refundable. If cancellation
is communicated to me between fourteen days and twenty-eight days
50% of the cost of rental will become non--refundable. In the event
of cancellation and I am given less than fourteen days notice only
the key/damage deposit will be refunded.
The cost of the rental
must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
If the Holidaymaker books the holiday less than eight weeks from
its start, the full holiday cost must be paid along with the key/damage
deposit prior to the issue of holiday confirmation.
Under no circumstances
may the booking be, sold on, transferred, or gifted to any other
person or persons.
