Two Hundred year old fully refurbished Irish Cottage
finished to the highest standards with all modern conveniences including
electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator,
washing machine, tumble dryer, dvd player, satellite tv. |
The cottage has three bedrooms.
The master bedroom is furnished in pine with iron bedstead and its
own en suite bathroom which includes a power shower and bidet.
The other bedrooms are upstairs. |
 |
 |
The second bedroom is a large bedroom and has
a double bed.
The third bedroom has a single bed.
There is also a sofa/bed in the gallery upstairs. The upstairs bathroom
has a bath and power shower. |
In the kitchen we have retained the original stone
flag floor and the internal stone wall.
The AGA cooker provides a focal point and a cheerful warm welcome
on a chilly day. |
 |
 |
The main reception room is large and a outstanding
feature are the ash windows, which give a bright and airy ambiance. |
| There is an open fireplace where you can burn
Irish turf to create that special atmosphere. |
 |
 |
The reception room leads outside onto the deck
which is fully equipped with garden furniture, gas barbeque and patio
heater, and overlooks the garden. |
The utility room is situated just
opposite the back door and contains a washing machine and tumble
dryer.
The cottage is fully central heated (oil fired)
- underfloor central heating downstairs/ radiators upstairs. All
rooms downstairs have solid pitch pine floors (except the kitchen)
and many of the original features have been retained.
